1st Yan Fang Charity Concert
It has always been a dream of mine to do what I can to assist the community as much as possible. As musicians, we should always ask ourselves: what can we do for society?
Education equality is always essential in the process of lifting underprivileged areas. The YFCC collaborates with the "DanDangzhe Foundation." which mainly focuses on bringing equality of education to the community.
In 2020, Francis was humbly recognized as the "2019 Person of The Year for Public Welfare." Inspired to make a difference, he collaborated with the Dandangzhe Foundation (担当者行动) in 2020 to introduce a piano charity recital in China. This concert raised $25,000 to further the foundation's educational missions.
2021
2nd Yan Fang Charity Concert
With the support of the community, organized a second charity concert on December 31st. Together, the events contributed approximately $65,000 to the “ Education Equality Fund”. There are more than 35 schools libraries now funded under the Yan Fang Charity Concert, and there will be more
